The end of the school year is almost here. For more than 18,000 students in Chester County, this means that there will be uncertainty of a daily meal since school will be out of session.
The Chester County Food Bank is reaching unprecedentedly low numbers in food donations. The outreach team is collecting food so we can help keep Chester County kids fed during these summer months. Specifically, the food bank is looking for:
– whole grain cereal
– macaroni and cheese
– granola bars
– peanut butter (no glass jars)
– jelly (no glass jars)
Please drop off food in the bins outside the church office porch by Sunday morning, June 5th.
